Salon City, Inc. Signs Youngblood to 2008 Campaign

Salon City, Inc. (OTC:SLON) announced today that it has signed Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics (www.ybskin.com), a premiere beauty industry makeup line, to a 2008 branding and advertising campaign.

Youngblood is the cosmetics choice of many top professionals and beauty conscious consumers worldwide. The natural pigment products are high-performance, water-resistant, and non-comedogenic. Their natural skin tone shades provide a healthy glow, a flawless finish, and protection from the sun with less shimmer.

According to Steven Casciola, president and CEO of Salon City, Inc., Youngblood is the first mineral cosmetics line to be featured in Salon City magazine and on SCI’s new website. “Youngblood is an example of the kind of exciting new company that conscious consumers want to learn more about,” he said. “We are pleased that Youngblood has chosen Salon City to launch their worldwide campaign, and that they want to participate with us so soon in our media buying season. This early start will allow us to begin initial branding of their unique products through our revamped website—which includes original web shows—as well as through the more traditional print advertising.”

Youngblood’s campaign bows in the December issue of Salon City magazine, scheduled to hit newsstands on 13 November. It will also be part of this fall’s launch of the all-new saloncity.com and its modernized content.
